• While you browse: your cart is kept in your own browser until you check out. We also count page visits with cookie-free analytics to understand how the website performs.
• When you order: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and the details of your order.
• When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us, such as your order number and question.

We never see or store your full card or bank details.

• To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders.
• To handle cancellations, returns and refunds.
• To send you order confirmations and delivery updates.
• To answer your questions and resolve complaints.
• To issue tax invoices and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Payments and refunds are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI and banking details are entered directly with Razorpay.

We share only what's needed to fulfil your order: your delivery details with our courier partners, and payment information with Razorpay. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete the rest of your information at any time; you can also delete your account from your profile on ShopSaverz.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact us through our Contact page and we'll respond promptly.
